Junia Link Women’s Ministry

Equipping & Supporting Women in Pursuing their God-given Purpose

Junia Link is a contemporary multi-generational community of  women intent on gathering together to encourage one another, spurring each other on towards love and good deeds. We do this by equipping and supporting women as they pursue their God-given purpose (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Our seasons and circumstances change but the mission doesn’t (Matthew 28:19-20). God has given you a purpose and set you apart, gifting you with exactly what was needed in order to do works intended just for you (Jeremiah 1:5).

Whether you are new in your Christian walk or been at it for years, you have a place in this sisterhood. We welcome you to join us as we pursue wisdom and knowledge of our Saviour, and anchor ourselves in Him.

May 26 – June 16, 2022:  The Art of Neighbouring

What comes to mind when you think about your neighbours? Maybe you don’t know them very well or, if you’re honest, maybe you think the lady across the street is a bit weird. For many of us, it can be tempting to keep our distance and mind our own business in our neighbourhood. But is that really how God wants us to live?

As followers of Jesus, we’ve been called to love both God and our neighbours. It’s easier said than done, but if we push past the fear, time barriers, and pride that can keep us from engaging with others, we can build deep connections with the people in our neighbourhood and, most importantly, please God.

In this four-session series based on their book The Art of Neighbouring, we’ll learn what it means to be a good neighbour. We’ll discuss the importance of pushing through the uncomfortable feelings that come with communicating, investing in, and caring for the people who live near us. What would our communities look like if we took Jesus’s command to love our neighbours as ourselves seriously?
